Kelp is a sea plant extremely rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly the B Vitamins and Iodine, which are known to regulate metabolism through its role supporting thyroid gland function. equivalent to dry whole plant 600 mg
Ascophyllum nodosum (Yellow wrack)
powdered dry plant 150 mg
Total iodine content from all sources less than 300 mcg
