DIRECTIONS

1. Wash hands before preparing one serve. Wash and rinse cup, and all utensils thoroughly. 2. Use only the enclosed scoop. Always use a dry scoop. Fill the scoop lightly and level off using the built-in leveller. 3. Add 4 Ievel scoops of powder to 200mL of safe drinking water. Stir or shake briskly to dissolve the powder. 4. Serve immediately. Discard unfinished drinks. Prepare each bottle separately. It is safer to use immediately after it is prepared.

Feeding Guide - Age: From 2 years, Cooled boiled water: 200mL, Level scoops of powder: 4, Number of feeds per day: 2. 1 scoop = 8.8g of powder. Note: 1 scoop of powder added to 50mL of water yields approximately 57mL of drink. This feeding guide is a general guide only; your child may need more or less than shown.

Store in cool dry place. Use by the date on container bottom. After opening, keep airtight and use within 4 weeks. Product packed by weight, some settling may occur.

Formulated supplementary food for young children. Specially designed to supplement the normal dietary needs of young children, when their intake of energy and nutrients may not be adequate. Dental hygiene: Encourage your child to drink from a cup and to drink water regularly. Take your child for a dental visit regularly. Do not use if foil security seal is damaged or missing.

TRANSITION GUIDE FOR APTAMIL GOLD+ PRONUTRA BIOTIK (STAGE 3 & 4)

Start by reducing your usual volume of drink to 75%. Add 25% of the new drink. Do this on every feed for 2 days.

Then reduce your usual drink to 50% and add 50% of the new drink, again, do this on every feed for 2 days.

Reduce your old drink to 25% and the new drink to 75% for 2 days.

If your child has not experienced any adverse symptoms on day 7 you are ready to try 100% of the new drink.
