Agiofibe Granules is a fibre supplement that is made from the seeds and husks of psyllium. It promotes healthy digestion & gut health for the bowel and body.
Agiofibe contains an optimal balance of insoluble and solube fibre, which has been carefully formulated using both the seeds and husks from the psyllium plant (Plantago ovata or Ispaghula). It helps support healthy bowel function and regular bowel movement.
Healthy bowel movement and function is supported by a balanced healthy diet that includes both insoluble and soluble fibre.
Ingredients:
Active ingredient
Psyllium (Plantago ovata and Ispaghula)
Each 5g (approx. 1 teaspoon) contains Psyllium in the form of:
Plantago ovata seeds, dry 3.25 g
Ispaghula husk 0.11g
Usage Directions:
Adults and children 10 years and over: 2 teaspoons each evening, followed by a glass of water. If required, an additional dose can be taken in the morning.
Agiofibe granules are coated, making them convenient and easy to swallow. Agiofibe must not be chewed, but can be swallowed whole or mixed with any semi-liquid food, such as yoghurt. Drink plenty of water. Contains sucrose.
Storage:
Store away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
